Centre of Excellence for Child Welfare
The McGill University-based Centre of Excellence for Child Welfare (CECW) approached SonicCat Studios to help build a new online portal for child welfare research in Canada.
SonicCat collaborated with the CECW's designer to create a dynamic website latest research on Canadian child welfare programs and policies. Based on the open-source Drupal platform, the site offers researchers a number of useful features including:
- Full internationalization support - content is offered in both French and English
- Searchable publication and researcher databases
- Child welfare resources localized by province
- An integrated article review-management system for researchers
